Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Tag & Bow you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. From time to time prices may change on the postage service as the price for postage may vary with our courier. These changes may occur at any time without any notice.

Delivery Info
Orders placed before midday on a weekday will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders made on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched within next working day. A full breakdown of the shipping details, including the full total amount, will be given to you before the order is confirmed.

Returns Policy
Not totally in love with your item? Don't worry we offer an exchange service. Please note we DO NOT issue refunds. We ONLY accept exchanges if returned within 7 days. Please ensure items are still in their original condition with no signs of wear/damage and with tag intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept back swimwear, bodysuits, makeup, fragrances or jewellery. Any items that are sent back in an unsaleable condition and do not comply with our returns policy will be rejected. *Please note - any orders returned after the 7 day return period will not be eligible.*

Hey my item is faulty/wrong?
We are so sorry if you received a faulty or wrong item. Please contact us with photos of the item and we will ensure to resolve the matter for you. Please be aware that some items or footwear may have labels removed by the wholesaler – this does not constitute as damage.

When will I receive my refund
If returned to store in person your refund is processed immediately. Orders sent via courier are refunded on receipt.
